Glad To Care Celebrations

July marked our acknowledgment of #GladToCare week.

#GladToCare week gave the staff the opportunity to express why they are glad to care.

A display was put up on the wall of photographs of the residents and staff having fun and doing activities. However, this is not the only way the staff care for the residents.

Throughout the week there were events held.

Thursday was Thankful Thursday. The residents took this day to show their gratitude to the Staff at The Limes. They were all asked what they are most thankful for and their answers were written on a black board and shared with one another.

In 2022 the staff created a display of photographs that captured the residents having fun and smiling. The Staff were asked why they are #GladToCare and these quotes were made a part of the display too.
